I keep saying I’ll put these out more frequently and then I get completely engrossed in something I’ve discovered while sourcing content for this newsletter.

This time, it’s Claude + Cursor AI. I’ve never created a single line of code in my 33 years. But this week, I coded a simple web app using nothing but determination, the English language, and 327 cups of coffee. A professional programmer would have made what I did in an afternoon, I’m sure of it, but that’s not the point.

It’s never been easier to bring your ideas to life, and it’s only getting easier. I’ll include some Claude + Cursor AI content in the next issue.

1. Turns out mostly adult content makes for a pretty good business. OnlyFans saw users spend US$6.6 billion on the platform last year.
   
   OF founder, Leonid Radvinski’s reward for creating such a massively successful business — ~US$472 million in dividends in 2023, and more than US$1 billion over the last three years combined.

2. We’ve talked a couple times in the newsletter about the potential for AI search to be a major disrupter of web traffic. This repost from AJ Ghergich is the first real world example of that possibility getting closer and closer to becoming reality.
   
   Businesses that depend on generating web traffic from search results are in trouble if AI search becomes the norm — as it aims to solve our queries in a single response without forcing us down one of the internet’s infinite rabbit holes for the answers we seek.
